Place the SSD into unit 2 and power up and AtomOS will install.

Once AtomOS has been updated on unit 1, power down. Remove the SSD before the update is complete and the update file will still be on the SSD. NOTE: Both units can be updated at once by copying ATOMST2.FW onto two SDDs and placing them into both caddies before powering up. Place the SSD into the first unit and power up. Unzip ATOMST2_X.X.zip and copy ATOMST2.FW onto an SSD. Power off the Shogun Studio 2 and remove the USB flash drive. Confirm the update installed correctly by opening the unit Info page where it will display the Controller version number. The unit will automatically start up once the update is complete. It will take a few minutes for the Controller Update to complete. Near the USB port, a blue LED will begin flashing. Connect the power cable to the Shogun Studio 2. NOTE: The USB flash drive must be formatted as FAT32. Connect the flash drive to the USB port of the back of the unit. Unzip ATOMSGNST_x.x.zip and place the file ATOMSGNST.bin onto a USB flash drive. Disconnect the power cable from the Shogun Studio 2. Download the latest version of AtomOS for Shogun Studio 2 and the Controller Update from /support.
